in apartment rentals, the company maintains 21 apartments in 9 buildings
largely in the greater Providence area. Owners Bob Nasiatka and Rick
Conca decided at the business’ outset that they would not rent
an apartment they would not live in themselves. Longtime renters themselves,
Bob and Rick both found the most frustrating aspect of renting an
apartment to be landlord or property manager unresponsiveness. Bob
runs the day-to-day company business focusing on tenant needs first.
Whether it is a needed repair or rent question, all calls are returned
within 24 hours. Any problem with the apartment is handled quickly
as these apartments are the machines of our business and must remain
in fine working order for the business to flourish.
